Nonprofit
Nonprofit organizations are unique animals. They exist to create programs that people or communities need.
While many nonprofits are driven by their passion for “doing good” and serving their community, solid business practices and outcomes are still essential. Nonprofits know that aligning programs, outcomes, people, and measurements with the mission and passion of the organization is critical. Without these solid business practices in place they are unable to successfully provide for the people and issues they serve.
Nonprofits dedicate their days to “doing good.” But they also realize that good intentions do not substitute for management, leadership, accountability, performance, and results.
