Jim Boyd
You might say Jim believes in three things about workplace learning: 1) Performance 2) Performance 3) Performance. His role on the team is to design training programs that improve employee performance in the workplace by incorporating the most current educational theory as well as employ active and engaging learning methods. He has a passion for teaching as seen by his previous experience as a seventh and eighth grade Language Arts teacher and as a Communications Specialist at Intuit.
Jim holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University.
