Janet Tilton, our Renaissance woman in HR, has done a little of everything. She spent time working in financial advising, loan processing, operations management and compliance and training before focusing her talent in human resources for the past 14 years.

Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Park University, and certifications in Employment Law and Training from Mountain States Employers Council, and the Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC) from Economic Research Institute (ERI).

She serves as a leader on the boards of the United Way of Laramie County and the Society of Human Resource Management-Frontier Chapter, and has served as a board member of the Historical Southside Improvement Association and Early Education Partnership. Janet also provides employment law training for regional workforce development agencies.
