Business Service Associate

Cheyenne, Wyoming based nonprofit organization is seeking a full time talented Business Service Associates to work in its Business Service Department. The Associate will be responsible for 1) efficiently responding to inquiries from customers, lenders, clients, parents, guarantors, secondary markets and corporate personnel and 2) daily use of written and oral communication skills and accounting principles to ensure the integrity of each customer’s account.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, recording and responding to incoming telephone calls in accordance with established corporate guidelines.
- Completing and recording calls assigned.
- Attaining extensive knowledge of our role as a servicer.
- Receiving, recording and responding to client functions in accordance with established corporate guidelines.
- Recognizing and maintaining all confidentiality of work materials and protecting the privacy of customers.
- Processing of all documentation pertaining to customers’ accounts.
- Attaining and maintaining knowledge of Regulations governing the loan servicing division.
- **There are additional responsibilities that may be added, as business needs change.
Qualified individuals will have:
- Associates degree with an emphasis on accounting, business, and communication skills.
- 3-5 years customer service experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to produce documents in word processing programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and will be detailed oriented.
- Ability to multi-task
SALARY: Commensurate with experience
